CCAC scholarship applications for the fall 2018 semester are being accepted now through the Award Spring online application portal. The deadline to apply is Friday, August 24 by 4pm. Good luck!
Interested in the CCAC Nursing program? Prospective nursing applicants may access and submit the nursing program application beginning July 1, 2018. The deadline for priority admission is August 15, 2018, and applications will be accepted until September 15, 2018.

Registration opens for Fall 2017 on Friday, March 31 for Military and Veteran students. Priority Registration kicks in Monday, April 3. New students are welcome to register starting Monday, April 10.

As the student trustee’s role is to represent the interests of the entire CCAC student body before the board, this is an opportunity to become the voice for the more than 50,000 students who attend CCAC every year.

Beginning January 1, 2017, Port Authority will eliminate its two-zone fare system and instate a single-zone system in which all riders will pay $2.50 with a ConnectCard. Riders paying with cash will pay $2.75. Several other changes will take effect. Please read if you ride the bus to campus.

James (J.B.) Messer, chief facilities officer for Community College of Allegheny County, has been awarded the 2016 Meritorious Service Award by APPA (Association of Physical Plant Administrators). The Meritorious Service Award is the highest award given by APPA for individual service in the field of facilities management for education institutions.
CCAC’s Accelerated Professional Programs provide the flexibility of online and hybrid learning in an accelerated format, giving students the opportunity to earn a certificate or degree faster.

Registration for First Summer classes beginning May 23 is being extended by one day due to yesterday’s network outage. Registration for classes that have already met may be accepted until Wednesday, May 25 with instructor permission.
